3. Nick Boyd

On3 sees a lot in the San Diego State transfer, as he is ranked as the best point guard available, the No.3 point guard who entered the portal, and the No. 13 player overall.

Nick Boyd averaged 13.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.0 steals while shooting 41.1 percent from the court and 35.1 percent from beyond the arc. The big draw towards this elite point guard is the experience he would bring to this young Pat Kelsey squad.

Boyd secured an impressive Final Four run when he played with Florida Atlantic. He averaged 8.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in that historic run. The 6-foot-3 point guard would bring the perimeter defense the Cardinals desperately need but also help run the offense at an elite level.

While 3-point shooting isn't his biggest strength, he has shot it from beyond the arc around 37 percent, as he has made 178 total threes in four years. He continues to improve in this area of his game, as he splashed 52 threes last season. His best shooting season came in that Final Four run season when he made 68 threes on 40 percent shooting.
