Louisville basketball is currently on a historic run, as the Cardinals continue to break the 111-year program records, and are setting themselves up for a great post season run, or so Cardinals fans think.

Louisville Cardinals are just one win away from etching their names into program history yet again, as a win against Pitt tomorrow will secure their 16th ACC win this season, marking the most wins against ACC teams in a single season.

However, despite all these records being broken Vegas seems to think low of the Cardinals, very low. Louisville basketball seems to be a lock to make the NCAA Tournament, but once they are in, it seems that Cardinals March run is predicted to be quite short.

Odds are highly against Louisville basketball in early NCAA Tournament odds

Louisville basketball is led by Pat Kelsey and his staff, and Cardinals have been challenge with adversity all year, and one more time isn't going to hurt them.

Cardinals are projected to be around a No. 7 seed as of today, but if Louisville can make a run in the ACC Tournament, and beat Clemson, and compete with Duke in the finals, they will make a strong case for a six-seed.

Well, Vegas released their odds for teams to make the Final Four, and to win the NCAA Tournament, and well Vegas is telling Cardinals fans to not be excited for March. Louisville and his squad currently are +2200 to make it to the Final Four, and +10,000 to win the NCAA Tournament title, according to FanDuel.

The Cardinals Final Four odds is the 26th best odds, and are notably behind Duke (-145), Clemson (+1600), and in-state rival, Kentucky (+750).

As for the title odds and for their +10,000 odds to secure their third National Championship title, Cardinals ranked tied for the 23rd best odds. Louisville once again is behind of course Duke with an impressive, +360 odds, and then Clemson, +6500, and Kentucky, +3500.

Last title Cardinals own is their 1986, as Rick Pitino and their 2013 title was vacated in 2017.

Cardinals secured a double-bye in the ACC Tournament, and look to be the No. 2 seed in Charlotte. ACC Tournament odds haven't been released just yet, but if these odds have anything to say, it is safe to say Cardinals will enter the ACC Tournament with the third best odds.

Louisville basketball is back at it tomorrow at KFC Yum! Center against Pitt.
