Louisville basketball reached out to multiple big men this offseason, including Georgia Tech transfer Mouhamed Sylla. The Cardinals need someone who can dominate the paint, and once the news broke, the former 4-star entered the portal, Kelsey and Louisville quickly contacted Sylla.
The 4-star transfer averaged 9.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 0.6 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game in just 16 games as he missed the rest of the season with an unannounced injury. Sylla ranks No. 23 overall in the portal and No. 5 among centers.
