Pat Kelsey and the Louisville Cardinals gained a huge transfer commitment yesterday afternoon, as USF forward Kesean Pryor committed to Louisville yesterday.

Last season for USF Pryor averaged 13 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.8 assists, while shooting 44.7% from the field and 35.2% from three point range, and also shooting 81.5% from the free throw line. Pryor spent his first 2 seasons at Boise State where he did not have much playing time, but he then spent his junior JUCO season at Northwest Florida State College before playing for the Bulls last season.

Louisville needed another big man desperately late in the transfer portal season and they got one of the more quality big men in Pryor. He started 21 of 32 games for the Bulls, and proved he was one the better players on the team with his play throughout the season under their first year head coach.

Louisville is looking to put the finishing touches on their roster as we get into the middle of May. After adding Khani Rooths yesterday Kelsey is looking to add one more true big man, and then the roster should be relatively complete.

Pat Kelsey has done a fantastic job reassembling the Louisville roster so far, and Pryor is a great big man addition to it.
