Pat Kelsey and Louisville basketball have officially formally offered 2025 5-star power forward Nate Ament. Ament is currently ranked as the 13th best player in the class of 2025, while also being ranked as the 5th best power forward in the class as well, according to 247sports.

The 6-foot 9-inch 170-pound power forward currently has offers from other high-level schools across college basketball like Creighton, Duke, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Pittsburgh, Virginia and various other schools.

Ament would come in and likely have decent success with Louisville, since he is well sized for his position and seems to be able to play all aspects of the game. From shooting, passing, and defense, Ament seems to have a good grasp on the game.

Only time will tell where Ament will land, but an offer towards him is always the first step, and coach Kelsey took it.
