While Pat Kelsey has been deep trying to find transfers to fill out his roster for next seasons roster, he has not forgotten to recruit for the future, as he has officially offered 2026 center Latrell Allmond.

Allmond is a 2026 recruit that ranks as the 34th best player in the class and the 4th best center overall according to 247 sports. Allmond is a 6-foot 8-inch 200 pound center, so he would come in undersized. However, he is also a 2026 recruit so he can potentially grow from between now and then.

While Louisville is his most recent offer he also has offers from Florida State, Georgetown, LSU, and Mississippi State. It is still very early in his recruitment but it is good to see Kelsey is looking out for the future of Louisville recruiting and not just next season. Which was something former coach Kenny Payne had a problem with.
