Joining a couple of other Louisville football transfers, Wesley Walker has entered the transfer portal as of this morning.
Louisville defensive back Wesley Walker, who transferred to the Cardinals from Tennessee earlier this year, has re-entered the transfer portal, @chris_hummer and I have learned for @247sports.

Walker has joined the group of former Cardinals that committed to Louisville earlier in the spring semester but have since transferred out, like running back Penny Boone. Walker started all of last season at Tennesse and spent his first season of college football with Georgia Tech.
Walker was looking to be a big part of the defensive secondary pairing up with MJ Griffin in the secondary. Griffin and the rest of the defense have looked solid on paper and during last Friday's spring game, but without Walker they will have to continue this good defensive style of play. However, with an extra scholarship I would expect head coach Jeff Brohm to make some moves in the coming 2 weeks.
