Louisville Football 2025 Schedule: Known & Confirmed Opponents

While spring practice for the Louisville Cardinals is getting closer and closer, we're going to take a look at what the 2025 schedule will hold for Louisville and who they will be playing.
In Jeff Brohm's 2nd year as head coach the ACC will add SMU, Cal, and Stanford into the ACC, and that trend will continue to play into Louisville's 2025 schedule as well. By the end of the 2025 season the Cardinals will have played all of the former PAC-12 and American conference teams.
Here is a look at who the Cardinals will be playing in 2025 with the dates we know as of right now:

- Saturday, September 6th: James Madison Dukes, Time/Tv TBA
- Saturday September 20th: Bowling Green Falcons, Time/Tv TBA

- Date TBA, California Golden Bears, Time/Tv TBA
- Date TBA, Clemson Tigers, Time/Tv TBA
- Date TBA, Virginia Cavaliers, Time/Tv TBA

- Date TBA, At Pitt Panthers, Time/Tv TBA

- Saturday November 29th, Kentucky Wildcats, Time/Tv TBA
The Cardinals will play 8 home games in 2025 compared to just the 6 in 2024 and the 7 in 2023. While they will also host Miami, Clemson, Kentucky in a couple big home games for the Cardinals. They will also only have 4 away games to play, as the schedule seems to be quite a bit easier than it was in 2024. Although we will not know till we get closer to 2025, the schedule does seem to look favorable for Louisville as of right now.
