2. Donald Chaney runs for over 100 yards

The Cardinals have a new starting running back in Donald Chaney. He transferred from Miami and will be the primary ball carrier for the Cardinals now. He is going to be a big part of this team, especially early while Lacy is recovering from his injury. Chaney is going to get a lot of work.

While this is the first time he's a starting running back, he is going to get a lot of carries. Brohm knows how important it is to run the ball so he can take off some pressure from Shough. If the weather does end up being back on Saturday, Chaney could get the ball 25 time or more.

Even if the weather is good, I still expect a big game from Chaney. I think he runs for over 100 yards in the opener and sets the tone for what the Louisville Cardinals are going to be while Shough gets into a rhythm. The offensive line should be able to open up enough holes for him to hit that mark.

Louisville is going to have the ball a lot in this game and they are going to want to control the clock. Chaney is someone who can help them do that. Other guys will get carries, but I think Chaney is the only one who will come close to pushing the triple-digit mark.

The final bold prediction for this game comes on the defensive side of the ball.
