I never thought the Pepperdine Waves would be in this situation, but yet here we are.

This is the most important game for the Louisville Cardinals this season and will determine if Kenny Payne is fired either first thing Monday morning or first thing Friday morning. If Payne and the Cards win then they will likely live on to fight another day under Kenny Payne, if they lose then Payne is likely out at Louisville.
I expect the team to fight hard for their coach and for this to be a relatively competitive game. While Pepperdine is by no means a good basketball team, they will likely give Louisville a good fight and will come down to who wants it more in the end.
