The Cardinals have tried to build off the road win against Miami but have failed to do so with losing their last two games. However, Louisville has looked much better in the past 3 games than they did the rest of the season, and each game they seem to improve.
After winning 9 in a row, Wake Forest has lost 2 out of their last 3 with losses to NC State and Florida State, and a 19-point win over Virginia. Wake Forest looks to get back on track against the Cardinals, and it will be even tougher for Louisville going on the road in back-to-back games.
Wake Forest has a deadly offense, and with Louisville's weak defense this could a very high scoring game in Winston-Salem.

Final Score Prediction For Louisville vs. Wake Forest:
Louisville has struggled in the past 2 games with defense and stopping teams with at least a competent offense, however, the Cardinals have been able to sustain a decent offensive rhythm at times. It all depends how long Louisville can play competent basketball, and if they can do it for a full 40 minutes. They showed sparks against NC State and UNC, but were unable to do it for the full game which resulted in a loss.
Wake Forest has a high powered offense and will look to push and score at will against Louisville. If the Cardinals can keep up with Wake offensively then they have a chance, but if Louisville falls behind it will be hard to see they coming close to winning.
I think Louisville will show promise and continue to play better against Wake, but winning the game outright seems unlikely. I would not expect Wake to cover the 14.5-point line though.
