Pat Kelsey's roster so far at Louisville has several guards and lean forwards with not as many big men, and while Kelsey is searching for more power forwards and centers Coleman Hawkins could be the perfect transfer for coach Kelsey. As Hawkins announced he was entering the portal earlier today

Hawkins was a key piece in Illinois's successful season and eventual BIG Ten tournament run. He would bring a strong defensive presence, while also bring good finsihing around the rim and the ability to space the floor. In all terms he would be a perfect and great pickup for coach Kelsey.

Hawkins was initially going to head to the NBA draft, but put his name into the portal this morning and said that a return to Illinois wasn't out of the question either. Whether he goes to the NBA or back to Illinois, Kelsey should at least get in touch with Hawkins, since he would a near perfect addition to the team next season at Louisville.
