3. Ashton Gillotte

Louisville's best pass rusher is Ashton Gillotte. Gillotte was a preseason All-American and was expected to dominate this season. So far, that hasn't been the case. Through the first three games of the year, he has just one sack. Considering the level of competition he's faced, that's not so good.

Gillotte is getting double-teamed pretty much every play, which makes it a lot harder for him to get to the quarterback. Last season, he had 11 sacks and was a complete game-wrecker. It's been a disappointing start to the season for him, but he can change the narrative this weekend.

If Gillotte is able to break out and get some sacks for this game, Louisville is going to win this game. Louisville has done a great job forcing turnovers and scoring touchdowns on defense. The one thing they haven't really been able to do is rush the passer in recent games.

After getting a whopping seven sacks in the opener against Austin Peay, The Cardinals have just two sacks in the last two games. That level of pass rush is not going to get things done agaisnt a good team like Notre Dame. Gillotte has to lead the charge to sack Leonard.

Louisville can certainly win this game. They need a good game from their best players to win on the road. I think they're going to be able to do it.
