Tre White to Enter the Transfer Portal

Louisville forward/guard Tre White has officially entered the transfer portal, and is the 8th former Cardinal to do so. White was on of the transfers that former coach Kenny Payne brought in last season to fill out the roster, as he started the majority of the year.

White has moments in nearly every game this season showing off how well of an offensive player he was, but his defensive woes and lack of awareness on defense proved to be a consistent problem.

White entered the transfer portal after Pat Kelsey was announced as the head coach at Louisville, and was likely waiting before the coach was announced to make a decision on his future here.

White is a talented player and with the right coaching staff he could probably be a good foundational piece for Louisville, but it seems unlikely that White would return.
