The Louisville Cardinals season is nearing an end, and though most Cards fans want the season to end as quick as possible, Kenny Payne's squad still has a chance to "try" and end the season on a high note.

Louisville currently sits at 3-13 in the ACC, which puts them in 14th (last) place, and 2 games behind Georgia Tech and Notre Dame. Louisville will likely remain in last place, as the Cardinals look to limp to the finish line to end the season. If they stay at 14th place then they will play the 11th seed in the ACC, which right now would be Boston College.

Louisville will likely play either Boston College, Virginia Tech, Miami, or Florida State. Florida State is looking like the least likely at the moment, while Boston College or Miami is looking like the most probable.

If Louisville miracuously wins the first game then they will likely play a variety of teams since the standings are so close, from Clemson to Syracuse.

Louisville has the smallest shot to win any of these games in the ACC tourney, but it does give the team and Kenny Payne to make the NCAA tournament. But ultimately it will likely end in a 12 point loss to a bad ACC team in Charlotte.
