2. Reach - Dylan Mingo
Dylan Mingo is one of the best scorers in the 2026 cycle, which is why Pat Kelsey and his staff are going to do everything in their power to earn his commitment. The consensus 5-star just recently earned his offer from the Cardinals in late May, making the Cardinals on his mind during his MVP run at the NBAPA Top 100 Camp.
While at the camp, Louisville's top target averaged 23.8 points, 6.8 assists, and 6.5 rebounds per game. He is currently ranked as high as No. 8 overall, the second-best point guard, and the best player out of New York.
Last season for Long Island Lutheran, he averaged 14.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. He has already received over 25 offers and is quickly rising as one of the top targets in the nation.
Mingo went on to make MaxPreps Junior All-America Third-Team. He then played for the PSA Cardinals in Nike EYBL circuit, and stood out there as well. The elite 5-star guard averaged 18.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists, while shooting 42.2 percent from the field.
