Louisville football: 5 Cardinals you should target in NFL Fantasy Football
By Derek Snyder
DeVante Parker has the potential to be one of the best receivers in the AFC East. Unfortunately, injuries have plagued Parker his entire football career, but hopefully that will come to an end this season.
There is a ton of optimism surrounding Parker this upcoming season. The Dolphins have adopted more of an up-tempo offense with newly hired head coach Adam Gase. The head coach has had a successful career so far in the NFL, working with NFL great Peyton Manning in Denver. This should help quarterback Ryan Tannehill greatly.

Parker has been labeled a “sleeper” for this upcoming fantasy football season. While he has only had one year in the NFL, he showed last year that he can go up and catch the football against anyone. His vertical threat will help the Dolphins offense phenomenally this season. You should have faith in Parker to do the same thing for your fantasy team this year as well.
Jarvis Landry played a huge role at receiver last year for the Dolphins. However, Parker could easily overtake the team’s best wide receiver title this season. No disrespect to LSU fans, but this former Louisville Cardinals is going to be the real deal. Again, that’s if Parker can stay healthy.
Parker is definitely worth a mid-round draft pick. There are going to be other people than just Louisville fans who will recognize his ability in fantasy this year. Don’t be afraid to draft Parker when you need to fill your starting flex position or the second wide receiver spot in deeper 12-14 team leagues.
