3. Miami Hurricanes

Mark Richt is trying to change the culture and pretty much everything else down in Miami, in attempt to bring the Hurricanes back to college football glory. It will be interesting to see how his teams turn out over the next few years, but it looks like he is off to a good start.

Here are Miami top recruits for 2017, according to 247 Sports.

  1. Navaughn Donaldson: 4 Star, Offensive Tackle
  2. DJ Johnson: 4 Star, Defensive End
  3. N’Kosi Perry: 4 Star, Quarterback

It was a little bit of an up and down season for Miami in 2016. They won their first four games, then lose next next four, only to win their last four.

Finishing with an 8-4 record, they will be looking to take down West Virginia in the Russel Athletic Bowl this month.
