B. Cunningham is the epitome of being whatever the Cards need when they need it. He had 4 assists and didn’t attempt a field goal in the first half. It wasn’t his game to take over on the offensive end, and he chose to just pick and choose his spots.. PG. Louisville Cardinals. CHRISTEN CUNNINGHAM

B. Fore continues to grow and look more and more comfortable on this team, and that is great news as Louisville continues to look for answers at shooting guard.. SG. Louisville Cardinals. KHWAN FORE

A. What more can you say about Sutton? He is more than just a role player, he is THE guy for the Cards.  A double double, plus 4 assists and 3 steals, and that is just another night for him. Coming into the season, most pegged VJ King as the forward who got his swagger back under Mack, but Sutton is learning to play with the confidence of both of them.. SF. Louisville Cardinals. DWAYNE SUTTON

A. When Jordan is on, the Cards are on. He is playing extremely well crashing the boards and being active on defense, but when he has efficient nights (8-15 vs. Wake) on offense, Louisville is going to be in 99% of games.. PF. Louisville Cardinals. JORDAN NWORA

B. Enoch got into quick foul trouble, but he had a great second half. He made two baseline jumpers and grabbed four boards. He let the game come to him.. C. Louisville Cardinals. STEVEN ENOCH

Louisville Cardinals. V.J. KING. B. King was a monster on the glass in pretty limited minutes. Again, it feels like King is so close to breaking out and helping catapult his team to the next level.. SF

PF. Louisville Cardinals. MALIK WILLIAMS. A. We need more man bun Williams. 13 points, 8 rebounds, vicious blocks and dunks. We are talking about Williams being the player of the game if his threes were falling like they usually are. He is becoming a true low post player before our eyes.

Louisville Cardinals. RYAN MCMAHON. A. McMahon looks like he has something to prove coming off of his ankle injury. 4-6 from deep ought to do it. Dude is special from beyond the arc, and when he gets defenders biting on his pump fakes, Louisville’s offense gets into a really solid rhythm. Also, credit Ryan for only committing one foul tonight. That means he had great feet on defense.. PG

C+. Darius played within himself when he was in. We’ve said it before, but he has a lot of Russ Smith in him. It feels like with Darius you sometimes have to take the good with the bad, because when he plays cautiously, his game becomes bland. No turnovers is impressive, but he drew a late technical, which isn’t going to help him out of the Chris Mack dog house.. PG. Louisville Cardinals. DARIUS PERRY

Note: Akoy Agau, Jo Griffin, and Wyatt Battaile all played less than a minute late in the second half.
