Louisville basketball is entering the ACC Tournament as one of the hottest teams in the country. Pat Kelsey has flipped this program right around, and went from being one of the worst ACC teams in the last five seasons, to the No. 2 seed.

Kelsey has broken multiple records this season, starting with the Cardinals biggest turnaround in franchise history. UofL improved their win total by 17 wins from last season, making it a program record, and secured 18 ACC wins this season, also making it a new program record.

The Cardinals have won nine striaght, and 19 of their last 20. All seems to be clicking for Louisville basketball and Pat Kelsey.

However, Louisville basketball is on a quest for history, and securing their first ACC title. A lot has to happen for UofL to secure that ACC title, and in order for Pat Kelsey to win that crown he must solve these three glaring questions before the Cardinals first ACC Tournament game.

3. Is Reyne Smith 100% available?

Reyne Smith suffered an ankle injury in the Cardinal's 85-68 victory over Cal on March 5. Smith would then miss the Cardinal's final game of the regular season.

Smith is a vital piece to the offense and is a huge reason why Louisville is the No. 2 seed in the ACC Tournament. The Cardinals' injury bug has already sidelined Kasean Pryor and Koren Johnson. UofL can't afford to lose one of its best scorers this late into the season if it wants the ACC title.

Reyne Smith has made 104 threes this season, the second-most in program history and the eighth-most in the nation. He is averaging 3.5 threes per game, which is among the top three in the country.

Smith is averaging 13.4 points and 2.8 rebounds while shooting 38.3% from the floor. The Cardinals shooter has had a mini-slump recently, but without Smith, UofL loses a valuable piece in their rotation.
