The Louisville Cardinals 2025-26 roster is one step closer to being completed after Pat Kelsey earned a commitment from the 6-foot-8 250, 250-pound forward Evangelos Zougris. The Greek forward has elite international experience, having represented his home country in several U20 World tournaments.
Zougris's stock skyrocketed after he averaged 14.4 points and 11.1 rebounds per game in the 2023 FIBA U20 European Championship. The Cardinals' frontcourt continues to trend in the right direction, but now, after earning this massive commitment, fans are beginning to wonder whose minutes or roles are in jeopardy.
So, here are 3 Louisville Cardinals who aren't safe after Evangelos Zougris' commitment.

3. J'Vonne Hadley
Hadley is one of the best-returning players in the ACC, as he was the Cardinal's leading rebounder last year with 7.3 rebounds per game. He also demonstrated his elite scoring ability, averaging 12.2 points per game and shooting 51.8 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from beyond the arc.
The 6-foot-6 forward was once a shooting guard for Colorado, but since transferring to Louisville, he has played small forward and power forward. After earning Zougris' commitment, the glaring question still remains: who will start at power forward? Does Zougris' commitment mean Hadley will be moved to small forward and will come off the bench?
Does Hadley start at the four, and Pryor start at the five? Or does Pryor start at the four, and Hadley comes off the bench? Zougris makes Hadley's role still uncertain. If Khalifa's eligibility is overturned, then the Cardinals' frontcourt is loaded, raising even more questions about who would earn the starting minutes.
Hadley is a massive piece for Louisville next season, but his starting spot might be in jeopardy after earning the commitment from the 6-foot-8 forward. Zougris adds depth to the power forward room, making it appear that Hadley is needed more as a small forward than a power forward.
