2. Moss must limit the turnovers
Both teams have high-scoring offenses, but their quarterbacks have shown some areas of concern, particularly in terms of turnovers. Louisville's Miller Moss needs to pick up the pressure earlier, and he must limit his turnovers. The Cardinals' quarterback had a massive outing in the second half against Pitt, but his first-half numbers were concerning.
Moss has had back-to-back games throwing for over 300 yards. He did throw an interception last game, but he was coming off two straight games with no picks before that. The turnover factor has always been a question mark for Moss, regardless of his location. He has five touchdowns on three interceptions this season, and is having just about as average a season as a college quarterback can have.
With UVA being an explosive team, Moss must keep Chandler Morris and company off the field and limit his turnovers. He must start fast and play much better in the first quarter. This game could be a high-scoring game, and if that is the case, Louisville does not want to fall behind by 17 points or more again.
