Target: Scooter Jackson, DB
Scooter Jackson is one of the top ranked safeties in the Transfer Portal that is still available and the Louisville Cardinals should try and target him immediately. Jackson started his career at Utah Tech where he earned 55 tackles, two tackles for a loss, and nine pass breakups.
He then hit the portal and transferred to UCLA where he started in eight of 12 games last season and had a key role on the Bruins defense. Jackson led UCLA with two interceptions, while adding 44 tackles, three pass break ups, one tackle for a loss, and one forced fumble.
