Juke Harris (Wake Forest)
Another name Louisville is rumored to have been in contact with is former Wake Forest forward Juke Harris. Harris was a major force for the Demon Deacons last season, averaging a massive 21.4 points and 6.5 rebounds per game, including a 25-point performance against Pat Kelsey and the Cardinals. His athletic ability and precision when finishing around the rim make him a highly desirable candidate to fill a needed spot for the Cardinals.
Although Harris has received plenty of buzz with other squads, it’s still worth kicking the tires to see if any traction can be made for the roster piece. Harris has been a highly prized portal addition, but having another player with some size come into the squad and be a J’Vonne Hadley-type player would be a major get for the Louisville Cardinals.
Harris is a unanimous top 10 recruit in the Transfer Portal and ranks as high as No. 1 overall by On3 Sports and No. 6 overall by 247 Sports.
