The win showcased one of Louisville’s best performances on both ends of the court, giving Cardinals fans hope that the season can be saved even with the absence of Brown. The leaders and playmakers of this team stepped up early, allowing Pat Kelsey to tinker and experiment with a few lineups near the end of the game and give bench players some garbage-time minutes.
