2. Louisville absolutely needs Mikel Brown Jr. back for this tournament run

If the ACC tournament reiterated anything to Louisville fans, it's that Mikel Brown Jr. must play if the Cardinals want a shot at seeing the Final Four in Indianapolis. The Cardinals without Brown are still a good team, just not a great team.

They can beat who they are supposed to, but don’t have a shot to beat teams above their perceived talent tier. Brown opens up so many aspects of the offense when he is playing his best ball.

It also helps his teammates, especially Ryan Conwell, play back in their more natural positions and excel. Having Brown driving into the lane as well as hitting the outside shot as another threat will be absolutely crucial to Louisville’s chances of advancing deep into the tournament.
