1. 3-point shot has to be falling if Louisville wants to progress far
Louisville's difficult path leads to only one major conclusion for its success. The Cardinals simply have to do what they do best at a high level, take and hit 3-point shots. They have played their best games when the outside shot is falling, this tournament run can be no different.
They need to find good shots in the defense and take them early and often. This cannot only be a Mikel Brown Jr. and Ryan Conwell task, but also Isaac McKneely simply has to be more aggressive on the offensive end and somehow find a way to consistently knock down the shot.
We have seen too many games recently in which only 1 3-pointer was made on 5+ attempts. This is now the NCAA tournament. The absolute best you have is the only way Louisville will find its way through this incredibly tough path.
