What a game and what a win. The Louisville Cardinals went on the road to Miami, Florida, and left with one of the biggest wins in program history. The Cardinals defeated the No. 2-ranked Hurricanes 24-21 in a back-and-forth thriller on Friday night. An incredible performance all around and a true team win.

The win comes after a needed bye week, during which Jeff Brohm put together a masterful game plan that the Louisville Cardinals executed exceptionally well. The offense looked to hit its stride, with the run game making a much-needed appearance. The defense forced Miami and quarterback Carson Beck into having their worst performance of the year, with Beck throwing four interceptions on the night.
