2. Chris Bell is an NFL wide receiver on a college team

Senior wide receiver Chris Bell took his game to another level against Miami. Bell could not be covered and excelled on every pass that came his way. He showed reliable hands, incredible strength, and absolutely unstoppable breakaway speed after the catch. Miller Moss decided early on that in a tough situation, he would get the ball to Bell if possible. Bell cemented his role as WR1 with a career performance on the season’s biggest stage.

NFL scouts better keep their eyes peeled for the intangibles that Bell possesses. Bell is a point-blank and NFL wide receiver and should be drafted high when next April rolls around. He was an incredibly consistent target all night, finishing with nine receptions for 136 receiving yards and two touchdowns. More performances from Bell like tonight, and the continued increase in chemistry between Moss and Bell could be the key to getting Louisville back to the ACC title game.
