1. Miller Moss, QB
Senior quarterback Miller Moss is becoming a weekly member of the players needing to stand out for the Cardinals segment. Fan reception has been very mixed on Moss’s performance so far. It has been far from perfect, with accuracy issues and the inability to hide his intentions with the ball prevailing more often than not. However, the last game against Bowling Green saw improvements in both categories and presented a much more comfortable Moss. He was able to run the offense effectively, make key reads against the defense, and make the correct decisions against it.
Now comes the time for Miller Moss to take what he has learned and show that he can be the QB that Louisville and Jeff Brohm need him to be. If the running game will be down its stars this week, then the passing game will need to step up and show out in their absence. It’s the perfect opportunity for Moss to have his welcome to the ACC moment and to put Louisville on the right path towards the coveted ACC title game. Louisville's goal of reaching the ACC title game is right in front of them. However, Moss and the passing game must take that necessary step forward for the goal to play out exactly as planned.
