5. Caullin Lacy, WR

The offense ran into an obstacle against the JMU pass rush a couple of weeks ago that caused significant disruption and timing issues with the passing game. Miller Moss was able to connect with Chris Bell for a crucial 64-yard score in the 3rd quarter to tie the game in a key spot for the offense. However, Lacy had very little involvement with the offense, only posting two catches for 12 yards and two rushes for 3 yards, respectively.

Miller Moss has looked uncomfortable at times in the offense and with his timing to start the season, especially in Week 2 against JMU. It will be crucial for the weapons of the offense, including Lacy, to do everything they can to find holes in the defense and make life easier for Miller Moss. Lacy will look to bounce back and increase his production this week, especially to help the offense kick-start early and score often.
