Louisville football has some elite players on their 2025-26 roster. While many experts are only talking about preseason All-American, it is just as important to shine a light on preseason All-ACC, Chris Bell.
The Cardinals' wide receiver has emerged as one of the nation's top wide receivers entering the 2025 season, as he is already hearing his name in the mix for the 2026 NFL Draft. Bell is coming off his best season in college football and is ready to make the jump from wide receiver two to the Cardinals' dominant and top wide receiver.
Former ESPN analyst and highly respected college football expert David Pollack recently gave Bell his flowers and named him as one of college football's game changers entering the 2025 season.

Louisville's Chris Bell labeled as 2025 game-changer
Bell was recently compared to Super Bowl champion AJ Brown for his style of play and his dominance in college football. Pollack appears to be one of Bell's biggest believers, as he not only calls him an "absolute stud" but lists him as a game changer for the 2025 season and forecasts a massive year for the Cardinals' wide receiver.
"I got a guy that is going to be an absolute stud that people aren't going to talk about, but Chris Bell," Pollack stated on one of his top game-changers entering the 2025 season. "Zero for Louisville, he had a great season a year ago, almost 20 yards a catch, 700 yards, I think. They got some balance with the running back. I think this dude is going to tear the lid off of it and be really, really good to great. If that makes Louisville's offense great in the ACC, why can't they be a challenger? Why can't they be in the mix? Because I think he is a really talented young guy out wide, that if he gets good quarterback play, he'll put up some stupid numbers."

It wasn't just Bell who earned high praise from Pollack, but the team and Miller Moss as well. Pollack stated he believes Moss playing under Brian Brohm will make him a great college football quarterback. He then made it clear that Louisville is poised to have a good season this year if Moss can play up to Brohm's standards, and they should be a team that contends in the ACC.
This isn't Pollack's first time praising Louisville, and it certainly won't be his last. Bell ended last season with 43 catches for 737 yards and four touchdowns. Many experts are sending loud messages to the nation, warning the ACC that Louisville's star receiver is going to have a breakout season and the Cardinals are going to be a bigger threat than some may realize.
