13. DJ Waller | DB | Kentucky
Transfer ranking: No. 566 | No. 60 DB
The Cardinals' first commitment of the offseason was the Kentucky transfer and former starter, DJ Waller. Louisville lost key pieces in its secondary, including Corey Gordon Jr. and Jabari Mack, and Waller will most likely have a role next season. He commits to Louisville with tons of experience as the former Michigan commit won the 2023 National Title with the Wolverines and was a starter in multiple games for Kentucky.
Spending two seasons with the Wildcats, his time was limited due to injuries. Waller played in nine games with Kentucky and started in six of them while earning 14 tackles and two pass deflections.
