Louisville football enters the 2025 spring football season with the third best ACC odds to win the National Championship and 19th best odds to win the National Championship at 90-1, according to Brett McMurphy.

Ahead of the Cardinals for the best odds to win the National Championship from the ACC is Miami at 45-1, and Clemson with the best odds at 20-1.

With these odds, for every dollar bet on Louisville football to win the 2025 National Championship, $90.5 would return to that bettor if the Cardinals are able to bring home their first National Championship.

Cardinals fans shouldn't be too surprised with these odds, as their win total is set at 8.5, and they have a lot to prove for. Jeff Brohm and his staff have a tough 2025 schedule, but that game at Hard Rock Stadium on Oct.17 against the Miami Hurricanes will be their 'season-defining game'.
