Will Louisville football be able to make history, and win their first ACC title, and first National Championship?
The goal is set and clear for Jeff Brohm and the Cardinals have been on the verge of ACC contenders but haven't been able to get over the hump recently. Louisville football now shifts its focus to 2025, and with some glaring questions still looking to be answered on defense, the offense is powered by heavy superstars.
Louisville football has one of the best rosters in the ACC, and one of the best offenses in the country, so it’s just a matter of time before Cardinals fans get to see it all in action and everything gelling together.
Well, obviously it is easier on the outside looking in to go say win your first ACC Title, and National Championship, but the Cardinals fans have been dreading for one of these crowns, and this offense has the potential to maybe get history.
However, Vegas just recently put out their odds for the title, and well it seems like Louisville football has a long ways to achieve those goals, or just have to prove everyone wrong.
Is Louisville Football's 2025 season in jeopardy after oddsmakers criticism?
Louisville football enters the 2025 spring football season with the third best ACC odds to win the National Championship and 19th best odds to win the National Championship at 90-1, according to Brett McMurphy.

Ahead of the Cardinals for the best odds to win the National Championship from the ACC is Miami at 45-1, and Clemson with the best odds at 20-1.
With these odds, for every dollar bet on Louisville football to win the 2025 National Championship, $90.5 would return to that bettor if the Cardinals are able to bring home their first National Championship.
Cardinals fans shouldn't be too surprised with these odds, as their win total is set at 8.5, and they have a lot to prove for. Jeff Brohm and his staff have a tough 2025 schedule, but that game at Hard Rock Stadium on Oct.17 against the Miami Hurricanes will be their 'season-defining game'.
Their isn't any reasons for fans to complain just yet. Jeff Brohm and company need to go prove themselves as national contenders, and to do that they will have to beat those ACC heavyweights.
