Louisville football is one of the most talked-about programs in the nation right now, as the Cardinals just beat the Miami Hurricanes in a massive upset. The Cardinals' season stays alive, and they survive and advance, keeping their ACC Title hopes alive.

However, the main reason Louisville is one of the most talked-about programs is because of its head coach, Jeff Brohm. The head coach is being discussed nonstop right now, as the conversation began due to his impressive resume and ability to win big games. However, following Florida and Penn State's recent firings of their head coaches, many media outlets are now stating that Brohm would be a coach they would try to target.

David Pollack is a well-known college football analyst who has given Brohm his due recognition in the past. Now, he just stated on the show that if he were Florida, Brohm would be his No. 1 guy.

David Pollack suggest Florida to go after Jeff Brohm

The entire nation is searching for new coaches for Florida and Penn State, and with Louisville just beating Miami, Brohm is instantly becoming a name that many media outlets are mentioning.

“I think there’s a bunch of people you can go after,” Pollack stated on his podcast. “There’s one guy who I don’t know if he’s going to be talked about a whole lot, but it’s the first call I would make. I’m not saying it’s the right decision, but it’s the first call I would make, and that would be Jeff Brohm.”

"He’s a top-five play caller in all of college football," Pollack stated. "He’s proven he can recruit. He can run so many different systems and mesh so many different systems really, really well. He knows how to beat Miami. That’s a good rival, like Florida, that he just beat."

Now, Pollack doesn't think Brohm is going to leave Louisville. He understands that Louisville is the place where he grew up and the college where he played, and it's only his third season. However, his point is that Brohm is the coach he would target and shoot for.

“Now, I’m not saying he’s gonna leave his alma mater, and I don’t think he will," Pollack stated. "That’s his hometown. Everything about that. Probably not gonna leave. But he’s the first guy I would call because I know immediately beyond a shadow of a doubt I get Jeff and Brian."

With Louisville becoming an elite program and beating powerhouse teams, this is just what is going to happen. The fans and experts don't think Brohm will leave his alma mater, but he has immediately become the top target for Penn State and Florida.
