It is no secret that fans of Louisville and Kentucky have a long-standing rivalry. The rivalry is one of the best in college sports, and last night the Battle of the Bluegrass lived up to all expectations and hype from the offseason. The Louisville basketball team defeated the Kentucky Wildcats in a thrilling 96-88 victory, ending Kentucky's three-game win streak over the Cards.

So, naturally, Louisville fans and players celebrated the win over the Cats, and apparently, the Kentucky fans are a bit salty about the game's outcome. Kasean Pryor is emerging as Kentucky's most hated player, as the Cardinals forward had many words to say before the game, adding fuel to the rivalry.

Well, after the game, it was Pryor who got the last laugh as the Cardinals defeated the Wildcats, and Louisville's forward exposed Kentucky's fans on X after the Cardinals' win.

Kasean Pryor calls out salty Kentucky fans after Louisville basketball's massive win

Pryor sparked the rivalry last week after Louisville's win over Jackson State when he expressed his hatred towards the Wildcats. And so once Louisville secured the victory over the Wildcats, Louisville fans were trolling the Cats fans all night, and Pryor decided to get in on the action.

Pryor didn't reveal what was being said when Kentucky fans were messaging him, but he did expose that there were some salty Wildcats fans in his DM's after Louisville's win, making the victory even sweeter for the Cards fans.

Kentucky fans are clearly a bit salty about Louisville taking down the Wildcats, and Pryor was not shy to call them out for it. Kentucky fans didn't have much to say as Louisville dominated the first 30 minutes of the game and was up by as much as 20 points. Many Wildcats were making excuses before the game if Louisville won, and now that Louisville was clearly the better team, despite Mark Pope spending over $20 million, the fans have nothing left but to attack Pryor because of his comments made before the game.

Nothing better than a rivalry in college sports, and with Louisville owning the bragging rights for the next year, it makes this one even better right now.
