Louisville basketball is going head-to-head with the Duke Blue Devils in the ACC Tournament Championship game.
The Cardinals are seeking history, and obviously, this game has much at stake. However, this game just got a lot more interesting. One of the best recruits in the class of 2025 is in attendance, and the Cardinals and Blue Devils are both in a fierce battle for him.
Nate Ament, the No. 4 prospect in the class, is in the Spectrum Center, watching the Cardinals and Blue Devils battle it out on the floor. While these two programs battle on the court, they are also going at it in the recruiting process.
Ament announced his final five schools: Louisville, Duke, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

The Cardinals and Blue Devils are reportedly in the lead for the 5-star recruit. Joe Tipton reported that if he had to pick a school, he would predict the Cardinals would land Nate Ament.
Ament will make his selection at the McDonald's All-American game on April 1. Ament is a 5-star recruit, ranked as high as No. 4 in the class of 2025, No. 2 in his small-forward position, and No. 1 out of the state of Virginia.
While the Cardinals seem they will fall to the Blue Devils it was a great showing, and has to motivate Nate Ament to play for Pat Kelsey. The Cardinals have already landed Mikel Brown Jr, a 5-star point gurard in the class of 2025.

The possibility of teaming Brown with Ament is a duo that could dominate the ACC and the nation. Pat Kelsey has changed this program's culture, and Ament has the chance to bring a National Championship back to Louisville with Mikel Brown.
