Louisville basketball is set to host three historic blue blood programs at KFC Yum! Center, as the Cardinals announced earlier this week, the Kansas Jayhawks will travel to Louisville for an exhibition game. Pat Kelsey and the Cardinals are expected to have a massive season next year, led by their elite backcourt. The Cardinals will add two 5-stars and two 4-stars, but they also will see a key senior return in Kobe Rodgers.
The elite point guard has flown severely under the radar once Louisville added their three transfers, but Chucky Hepburn made sure to remind the nation he is going to shock the world next season. Hepburn tweeted a simple message, "Kobe Rodgers gonna surprise everybody."

Louisville football is trending with several recruits in the 2026 cycle, as the Cardinals recently hosted a massive recruiting weekend. The Cards' have already landed three key players from the visit, including 4-star Josiah Hope.
Louisville has secured a total of 17 recruits from the 2026 class and is ranked as high as No. 10 in the nation, per 247Sports. The Cardinals hosted over nine recruits this past weekend, and we predicted three more players that the Cardinals would land a commitment from after their visit.
