Louisville basketball earns its fourth commitment from the class of 2025 as the Cardinals will welcome Evangelos Zougris. Louisville's newest commitment is 20 years old and will join the Cardinals from Peristeri B.C. in the Greek Basketball League.
The 6-foot-8, 250-pound power forward represented his home country at the 2023 FIBA U20 European Championship and 2024 FIBA U20 EuroBasket. He went on to have a solid outing in both international tournaments. Still, his performance at the 2023 FIBA U20 European Championship was slightly better after averaging an impressive 14.4 points and 11.1 rebounds per game.

Louisville football kickoff times
Louisville football received entertaining news on Thursday as they learned four kickoff times for the 2025 season, including their two biggest games of the year. The Cardinals are set to kick off against Eastern Kentucky on Aug. 30 at 3 p.m. local time and James Madison University at 7 p.m. local time.
The Cardinals' two massive games come against Miami and Clemson, and Louisville has learned that it will play both teams on prime-time TV under the lights. Louisville is set to kickoff with Miami on Oct. 17 at 7. p.m. and against Clemson on Nov. 14 at 8 p.m. The Cards' are seeking their first ACC Title, and these two glaring matchups will be Louisville's toughest matchup in the 2025 season.

Louisville basketball ACC schedule release
Louisville basketball also learned their ACC schedule as the Cardinals are set to face SMU and the Duke Blue Devils twice next season. The Cardinals will play every ACC program except Florida State, making the Cardinals' schedule extremely exciting for the 2025-26 season.
Louisville's matchups with Duke are everything fans have been begging for. Cardinals fans and all of college basketball wanted these two national title-caliber teams to go at it twice, and their prayers were answered. Although the times and dates have not yet been announced, the teams competing at Louisville have been revealed. Notre Dame and North Carolina State will highlight the Cardinals' home games, while their away games will be a bit tougher as they will face Miami, Clemson, and North Carolina.
