Louisville football just secured another big-time commitment from one of Jeff Brohm's top targets in the 2026 cycle. The Cardinals are experiencing a massive recruiting surge in early July, as Vince Marrow is making an immediate impact since joining the Team.

The Cardinals landed top Kentucky recruit Jarvis Strickland on Friday evening. The 4-star offensive tackle will now join an elite offensive lineup in the 2026 cycle as the Cardinals have already earned commitments from 4-star quarterback Briggs Cherry and 4-star running back Evan Hampton.

Well, just hours after Strickland committed, another elite offensive recruit announced his commitment to the Cardinals as tight end Julius Miles officially committed to Louisville Saturday night.

Louisville ended up earning Miles' commitment over Florida State and Syracuse on Saturday night, but the 3-star tight end had received over 26 offers from elite programs, including Colorado, Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Pitt, Michigan State, and more.

Miles is ranked as high as the No. 22 tight end in the 2026 cycle and the No. 548 recruit in the nation. The 6-foot-6, 210-pound tight end comes from Freeport, Fla. where he attends Freeport High School, earning 59 catches and 895 receiving yards and seven touchdowns last season.

His tremendous junior season ranks him as the No. 61 recruit out of Florida in the 2026 class. Miles will now join an elite offense in 2026, as he will play alongside many 4-star players in Cherry, Hampton, and Strickland.
