Last night, Louisville football landed massive 4-star athlete Jayden McGregory over Missouri, Kansas, and Minnesota. The Cardinals have now landed three recruits in July, with two of them being 4-star recruits.
McGregory is an elite two-way player who is making a difference on both offense and defense. It appears that safety is where he will be playing at Louisville, as last season for Valley High School, he logged 20 tackles, one tackle for a loss, 13 pass breakups, and three interceptions.
The 4-star safety went on Instagram live last night to announce his commitment to his fans, and the phone was placed right by his mom. After McGregory announced his commitment, his mom stared right into the phone and fired up the fan base.

Jayden Mcgregory's mom just sent the Cardinals fans into an absolute frenzy
McGregory initially picked up the Cardinals hat and made it seem like he was faking Louisville out by putting the hat back down, but without hesitation, he smiled and was just faking the Cardinals fans out, putting the Louisville hat on with a big smile.
After putting the hat on the enitre family threw the "L's" up, including the mom who looked right into the camera, smiled and had her "L" up for Cards' Nation. It is always good to see the mom of the recruit just as excited as her son, and it is clear that Momma McGregory is all-in on Brohm and his Cardinals.

McGregory is a massive pick-up for Louisville out of Des Moines, Iowa. He ranks as No. 400 in the nation, No. 3 in Iowa, and the 26th-best two-way player in the ATH position. He received over 19 offers from elite programs, including Georgia and Michigan.
Vince Marrow and Brohm are off to a blazing hot start in July, and it doesn't seem like they are slowing down anytime soon. Louisville will now shift its focus to 3-star Devonte Anderson, who will commit on July 11.
