Louisville basketball's path to the ACC Tournament championship has been revealed, and the Cardinals have a heavily favored path.

The Cardinals are going into Charlotte on a nine-game winning streak, winning 19 of their last 20. Pat Kelsey and his Cardinals will face Stanford, Virginia Tech, or Cal in the first round. Louisville saw all three teams in the previous eleven days. UofL just saw Cal and Stanford conclude the regular season and secured dominant double-digit wins in both games.

UofL has earned the No. 2 seed in the ACC Tournament after 18 wins in ACC play, a program record. Louisville will have to wait and see who they play first, as the Cardinals secured a double bye and will not play until the quarterfinals on March 13.

Louisville basketball has had a historic season, but FanDuel thinks the Cardinals are underrated. Louisville's ACC Tournament title odds aren't in their favor, but it might be a good bet to place to try and win some extra cash.

Odds are stacked high against Louisville basketball to win ACC Tournament

Louisville securing the double-bye puts them into the quarterfinals, which means they will need to win just three games to be crowned ACC champs. The Cardinals are 0-2 when they secure a double-bye in the ACC Tournament, but they look to rewrite history once more.

Louisville basketball's win streak, and starting in the quarterfinals, definitely helped their odds of being crowned ACC champs. However, the Cardinals are 0-2 when they secure a double-bye in the ACC Tournament, and are 3-8 in ACC Tournament games, and have never made it further than the semifinals.

FanDuel released its odds to win the ACC Tournament title, and well, FanDuel is telling the Cardinals fans to take the risk and bet UofL to win some extra money. Louisville is currently +650 to win the ACC Tournament Championship, according to FanDuel.

Louisville basketball's +650 odds of securing their first-ever ACC crown means that if fans bet $10 on the Cardinals to win the ACC title, they would win $65. The only team with better odds is the Duke Blue Devils. FanDuel gives Cooper Flagg and Duke a -340 odds to secure the ACC title. This means if someone were to bet $10 on Duke to win the ACC crown, they would win $2.94.

So, while UofL has the second-best odds to win the ACC Tournament, their recent history and overall records speak loudly to FanDuel. The Cardinals' odds are not great, and Duke's -350 odds show how much the oddsmakers like the Blue Devils.

The No. 3 seed Clemson Tigers have the third-best odds at +750, and then a significant drop-off happens. The four best odds per FanDuel is the No. 5 seed in the North Carolina Tar Heels at +2800.
