The offseason is officially here, as the Transfer Portal opened on Tuesday, April 7. The portal will remain open for just two weeks this year, closing on April 21. Pat Kelsey and Louisville basketball are trending toward being a team heavily involved this offseason for a third straight year, as the Cardinals will have a lot of work to do.

Louisville lost three players to the portal, and eight of its top 10 rotational players. Kelsey and Louisville are trending to be some of the highest payers in the portal this offseason, as Louisville reportedly has “elite buying power.”

So, with Louisville expected to be all-in on the portal again this offseason, Kelsey hasn’t shied away from who he is reaching out to. Here are all the transfers the Cardinals have reached out to so far.
