Louisville football has a lot of eyes on them in the college football world, as Jeff Brohm and his Cardinals are looking for their fourth straight season of eight wins or more, and third straight season of nine wins or more.

UofL will open their season against Eastern Kentucky at home on August 30. Cardinals are currently ranked in many way-to-early rankings, but seem to be unanimously behind Clemson, Miami, and SMU in these rankings.

If Cardinals want to try and win their first ACC crown, they will have to defeat their tough schedule especially a brutal three game stretch. How can they defeat that schedule and hurdle those blue-blood ACC programs? They will have to play towards their strengths.

It is no secret the strength of Louisville football is their offense. Jeff Brohm and his Cardinals offense has the potential to be a top 20 offense in the nation, and one of the best in the ACC. 3 Louisville football players who will win awards

Louisville football star player from the transfer portal is quarterback, Miller Moss from USC.

Moss finished the season with 2,555 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and nine interceptions, and has became one of the biggest names at quarterback. Moss has the potential to be All-ACC First-Team this year if he is is

The 6-foot-1, 205 pound quarterback had a QBR of 74.4, which was one of the best in college football last season, and has demonstrated his potential in multiple games in his career. Moss played Jeff Brohm and the Cardinals defense back in the Holiday Bowl a couple years ago. He would etch his name in the Holiday Bowl history books as he now holds the record for most thrown touchdowns with six, which is also the USC bowl record in a bowl game as well.

Jeff Brohm being able to pair Moss up with this already explosive offense is a recipe for success for the new Louisville quarterback. Moss has some competition however in the ACC, as Cade Klubnik is getting all preseason attention.

Clemson's star quarterback is expected to take a huge step and lead the Tigers as one of the best teams in college football. In 2024 Klubnik threw for 3,639 yards, 36 touchdowns, 6 interceptions, and added 463 yards rushing, with seven rushing touchdowns.

A safe bet would be for Miller Moss to get one of the three teams for All-ACC quarterback, but if Cardinals fans want to be in contention for ACC title, Miller Moss will have to be at least Second Team All-ACC.
