The Cardinals faithful are dancing their way into the ACC semifinals, thanks to Chucky Hepburn.

Louisville basketball was down as much as 15 points, and many thought the game was over. Stanford was given a 92 percent chance to win in the second half, but that didn't stop this Pat Kelsey squad from proving all the doubters wrong.

Louisville etched a 16-3 run and tied the game up at 60. Louisville and Stanford would go back and forth, trading bucket after bucket. Louisville was given the last shot, and well, Chucky Hepburn didn't let the Cardinals faithful down.

Terrence Edwards Jr. shot a wild three-pointer as time was ticking down, and long shots led to long rebounds. The ball hit the iron and caused a scramble for the ball, and it landed right in Hepburn's hands. The Cardinals' First-Team All-ACC point guard caught the ball in rhythm and swished it. The rest is history.

Hepburn's game-winning shot secured Louisville basketball's first ever berth into the ACC Championship game. This buzzer beater nearly broke the internet as all media outlets, former Cardinals' legends, and more blew up social media.

The Cardinals' fan base, including one of Louisville basketball's legends, Donovan Mitchell, erupted on social media. The Louisville basketball team is now on their second 10-game winning streak this season and has secured 20 wins in their last 21 games.

The Cardinal's culture is one of the best in the nation, and Louisville basketball fans are thrilled to be dancing into the semifinals. The ACC Tournament semifinals will consist of Duke vs. North Carolina at 7 p.m. local time and Louisville vs. Clemson at 9:30 p.m. local time.

Louisville basketball will look defeat Clemson for the second time this season in the top 15 showdown tonight. The Cardinals defeated the Tigers back in January 74-64.
