Pat Kelsey is building a culture at Louisville that is eye opening to all of College Basketball.
Louisville suffered a hard fought loss to Georgia Tech on Saturday, and after the loss Kelsey had nothing but support for his team.
"We left some points out there on the floor with the free-throw line," Kelsey stated on his squad shooting 9-17 from the charity stripe. "That doesn't bother me because I know they are putting in the work. They get their shots up and they get their free-throws up every single day."
Kelsey and his Cardinals are now third in the ACC, as before the Cardinals loss, they were on a dominant 10 game dominant win streak and flipped their whole season around. Kelsey has lit a fire into this Louisville basketball team and is ready to flip the switch and close this season on a high note.
"We know because of the success we have had that our games are circled on a schedule more than it was a month ago or the beginning of the season," Pat Kelsey stated after their 77-70 loss to Georgia Tech.
These three flashy X-factors proves that UofL is destined to win out and go into the ACC tournament blazing hot.
Pat Kelsey long win streak trends

Kelsey also led the Winthrop Eagles to a 23-2 record, which included a school record 21 game win streak, a Big South tournament title, and a trip to the NCAA Tournament.
Pat Kelsey has not only flipped this program around, but he has flipped multiple programs around. Kelsey is a winner, google it. He is a proven program builder as he has won 68% of his career games with an astounding 261-122 overall record as a head coach. He has 11 conference championships and four NCAA Tournament entries.
Remaining SOS favors Cardinals
In UofL remanning strength of schedule they play two teams with an above .500 ACC record. The Cardinals play Stanford and California to conclude the regular season, but both games are at home.
Cardinals have a manageable schedule and might even be favored the rest of the way. UofL has one of the easier paths rest of the way, as they have five games at home and only four games on the road. Those four games on the road are against, Boston College, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, and Virginia Tech.
Those four teams have a combine 13-28 ACC record play.
