2. Baba Miller
Recently, on our social media, we asked who one player Louisville basketball fans want, and the glaring response was Baba Miller. The FAU transfer is the eleventh-best player available right now in the transfer portal and was a highly recruited player out of Spain in the class of 2022.
The 6-foot-11 center was ranked as the No. 12 center in the class of 2022 and the No. 49 player overall in the respective class. He is now ranked as the 22nd best center to enter the transfer portal and is a top 150 player in the portal as he is ranked No. 149.
He initially committed to Florida State, but after two years with the Seminoles, he transferred to FAU. In his last season with Florida State, he started in every game but one and averaged 7.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game. He then transferred to FAU for his junior season, where he is now coming off his best season.
Last year, the Florida Atlantic transfer averaged 11.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.7 blocks per game while shooting 48.6 percent from the field and 34.2 percent from beyond the arc.
The 215-pound center has a thin frame but is lengthy with a 7-foot-10 wingspan. He showcased his full potential last season when he scored 25 points and added 11 rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and two steals against Florida Gulf Coast. He also splashed five 3-pointers on six attempts and shot 81.8 percent from the field against the Eagles.
He secured five double-doubles last season and six in his career. Miller would be the perfect player for Kelsey's Cardinals, and it was reported that Louisville has already contacted the FAU transfer. Miller is one of the top targets, as 17 teams, including UConn, Memphis, Virginia, and others, have contacted him.
