5 Louisville football players who must step up to dominate Bowling Green in Week 4

This week’s matchup against Bowling Green should be an easy win for the Cardinals, however, these 5 players will need to up their game to make sure that happens.

3. Offensive Line (Collectively)

It’s not fair to single out one particular player when this group has to play as one complete unit to have success. JMU continually brought intense pressure all night against the Louisville offense, which was never fully addressed by coaches Jeff and Brian Brohm. The pressure exposed an apparent weakness for the Louisville offense, one that must be remedied immediately.

Miller Moss continually had pressure in his face, throwing off his timing and making him appear unsure of the decisions he was forced to make. The run game was also pretty stagnant most of the game, except for a 78-yard touchdown run by superstar running back Isaac Brown that capped off the Louisville win. The offensive line has to be able to provide the needed protection for the passing game and to open holes for the running game if the offense is to be as successful as most expected it to be to start the year.
