The former South Carolina wide receiver is a former 4-star recruit who ranked as high as No. 257 overall and was the No. 37 wide receiver in the 2025 recruiting class. He was a star in high school, logging 120 catches for 2,332 yards and 31 touchdowns in his last three seasons, including his senior year, where he hauled in 46 catches for 935 yards and 11 touchdowns.
After his true freshman season with the Gamecocks, he entered the portal and is one of Louisville’s top targets. He ranks as the No. 243 overall transfer and the No. 54 wide receiver in the Transfer Portal. In his freshman season, he caught 19 passes for 149 yards and one touchdown.
The Cardinals lost over 2,350 receiving yards from last season and still have some work to do this offseason despite adding Richardson and two Kentucky transfers in Montavin Quisenberry and Hardley Gilmore IV. Rowe is an excellent target as he is someone Deion Branch can develop, while also making an immediate impact on this roster.
