Louisville football enters the 2025 season with extremely high expectations as the Cardinals are emerging as one of the top teams in the ACC. While Louisville didn't add a massive addition from the spring transfer portal, their additions improved this already stacked offense and made it much more balanced.

Jeff Brohm has become an elite recruiter and coach for the Cardinals in his three seasons as head coach. Brohm has an impressive 19-8 record in his first two seasons and currently has the third-best odds to win the ACC Title.

The Cardinals made history, making their first-ever ACC Title game two seasons ago in Brohm's first season as Louisville football's head coach. Louisville might not have made it back to the Title game last season, but the Cardinals program as a whole continues to take massive strides in the right direction. National media continues to praise Brohm as the Cardinals' head coach, who was ranked as a top-25 college football head coach, per CBS Sports.

Brohm was recently ranked as the 17th-best head coach in college football, making him an elite head coach. The Cardinals are thrilled he is their head coach, as he continues to elevate this program yearly, and after securing quarterback Miller Moss's commitment, Louisville has their sights set on history.

Brohm has been an elite coach since arriving at the University of Louisville. Last season, he brought the program its first win over the Clemson Tigers and will look to secure the first-ever ACC Title. Brohm has a 12-4 ACC record, and it is only a matter of time before Louisville makes its first college football playoffs.

"Jeff Brohm: Brohm is the best at taking overlooked or abandoned quarterbacks of perceived average ability and turning them into monsters. He's done it at multiple stops throughout his career and produced remarkably consistent results. We've seen what's happened to Purdue since he left, and his first two years at Louisville (19-8, 12-4 in ACC) have been everything the program hoped for. You can't help but feel it's a matter of if, not when, Brohm will lead the Cardinals to a playoff berth. 2024 rank: 19 (+2), High: 11, Low: 37"

The Cardinals head coach is the second-highest coach ranked in these rankings, as Clemson Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney is ranked No. 3. The ACC saw five head coaches ranked in CBS's top 25 head coaches, as Miami Hurricanes head coach Mario Cristobal is ranked No. 20, SMU's head coach Rhett Lashlee is ranked No. 23, and Florida States' Mike Norvell rounded out the top 25 as he was ranked No. 25.
